Leadership
Cameron is the Founder and CEO of PAR Services Group and focuses his efforts on company direction, capital allocation, team building and growth. After having an itch to run his own company and seeing the positive impact of a well-run retirement & benefits plan, Cameron founded PAR with the backing of six business partners. In addition to his duties at PAR, Cameron is currently the President of The Pension Source, a high-quality retirement plan TPA.
Prior to founding PAR, Cameron worked at The Blackstone Group, a leading private investment firm, and J.P. Morgan, a leading investment bank.
